By creating an account, downloading, or using the ApnaCircle (or Circle360) application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. All location sharing within circles is strictly based on mutual consent among members.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for stalking, harassment, or unlawful surveillance, (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of the API, or (c) transmit fraudulent SOS emergency alerts.
ApnaCircle is a family communication and peer-to-peer safety tool, NOT a replacement for official government emergency services (such as calling 112 in India or 911 in the USA). In life-threatening situations, always contact local emergency dispatch directly.
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account & All Data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use guidelines.
